STMicroelectronics TS391 Einzelspannungs-Komparatoren mit niedrigem Stromverbrauch
Die STMicroelectronics TS391 Einzelspannungs-Komparatoren arbeiten von einer einzigen Versorgungsspannung über einen weiten Spannungsbereich. Der Betrieb durch geteilte Stromversorgung ist ebenso möglich. Der TS391 hat einen großen Einzel-Versorgungsspannungsbereich oder Zweifachversorgung von 2V bis 36V oder ±1V bis ±18V. Der Gleichtakt-Eingangsspannungsbereich enthält eine Erdung, obwohl der Betrieb über eine einzelne Versorgungsspannung erfolgt. Der Differenzial-Eingangsspannungsbereich entspricht der Versorgungsspannung.
