Tektronix DMM4020 Digital Multimeter has a 5.5-digit resolution and enables measurements of volts, ohms, and amps with a basic VDC accuracy of 0.015%. DC leakage current measurements and frequency measurements provide even more capability in the same instrument. Dedicated front-panel buttons for frequently used functions and a save-your-setups means measurements are just a button push away. Tektronix DMM4020 Digital Multimeter easily connects to a PC using an RS-232 or USB.
