Telit Cinterion FN990A40 and FN990A28 Data Cards are 5G state-of-the-art data cards featuring sub-6 only technology with LTE, WCDMA, and GNSS support. These data cards help futureproof IoT, enterprise applications, and video while leveraging all the benefits of 5G and Gigabit LTE. The FN990A40 and FN990A28 data cards feature an industrial-grade M.2 form factor that is suitable for high-performance and bandwidth-intensive enterprise and industrial applications. These data cards are designed for global usage and provide support for all scenarios prescribed by the 3GPP Rel.16 deployments of 5G. This includes non-standalone (NSA) LTE-5G NR dual connectivity (EN-DC), dynamic spectrum sharing between LTE and 5G, and full 5G NR standalone (SA) mode. These data cards also feature intraband and interband UL CA supported on 4G networks for better throughput performance for uplink-centric applications.

The FN990A40 and FN990A28 data cards offer a dedicated/shared (switchable) RF path/connector for GNSS L1 to allow total flexibility in the design phase. These data cards are available with or without PC1.5 support on 5G TDD bands n41, n77, n78, and n79. The FN990A40 and FN990A28 data cards come in 30mm × 52mm × 2.25mm dimensions and operate within the -40°C to 85°C temperature range. Typical applications include fixed wireless access, enterprise routers and gateways, indoor and outdoor CPE, professional broadcasting, and surveillance.
