Texas Instruments ISO642x & ISO642x-Q1 Digital Isolators
Texas Instruments ISO642x and ISO642x-Q1 Digital Isolators are general-purpose, basic, and reinforced, dual-channel digital isolators. These digital isolators are designed for applications requiring up to 5000VRMS isolation rating per UL 1577. The ISO642x and ISO642x-Q1 digital isolators provide high EMC performance while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os and use SiO2 as the isolation barrier. Each isolation channel has a logic input and output buffer separated by the insulation barrier. The devices are also certified by VDE, TUV, and CQC. The ISO642x and ISO642x-Q1 digital isolators support SPI up to 25MHz at 5V and 20.8MHz at 3.3V. The ISO642x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Typical applications include power supplies, motor drives, factory automation, building automation, lighting, appliances, BMS, on-board chargers, DC/DC converters, inverters, and motor control.
