Vishay Widerstandsnetzwerke der Serie PRAHT für Hochtemperaturanwendungen

Vishay Sfernice Widerstandsnetzwerke der Serie PRAHT 100, PRAHT 135 und PRAHT 182 sind Dünnschicht-Wraparound-Chipwiderstandsnetzwerke, die für Hochtemperaturanwendungen bis zu 215ºC ausgelegt sind und Temperaturen bis zu 230ºC widerstehen. Dies sind Rekordwerte.  Die Widerstandsnetzwerke der Serie PRAHT 100, PRAHT 135 und PRAHT 182 von Vishay liefern einen TK-Gleichlauf bis hinab zu 2 ppm/ºC und eine Widerstandsverhältnis-Toleranz bis hinab zu 0,05%.  Diese Widerstandsnetzwerke zeichnen sich durch eine sehr geringe Rauschspannung und einer hohen Load-Life-Stabilität von 0,7% aus.
