Vishay / Sprague Vishay/Sprague 594D-Serie TANTAMOUNT® Kondensatoren
Die Vishay/Sprague 592D-Serie TANTAMOUNT® Kondensatoren sind konform überzogene Festtantal-Chip-Kondensatoren mit niedrigem ESR und maximalem CV. Die TANTAMOUNT ® Kondensatoren zur Aufbaumontage der 594D-Serie von Vishay/Sprague verfügen auch über einen breiten Kapazitätsbereich von 1,0µF bis 1500µF, standardmäßige Kapazitätstoleranzen von ±10% und ±20%, und Konformität mit der RoHS-Richtlinie 2002/95/EC. Kondensatoren der 594D-Serie haben den geringsten ESR für einen Tantal-Chip-Kondensator zur Aufbaumontage.
