VORAGO Technologies VA41628 Radiation-Hardened Arm® Cortex®-M4 MCUs

VORAGO Technologies VA41628 Radiation-Hardened Arm® Cortex®-M4 MCUs with FPU are high-performance, highly reliable microcontrollers manufactured with HARDSIL® technology. The VA41628 is an entry-level part that delivers the same exceptional space radiation performance found across VORAGO's M4 family. This device simplifies the transition for those migrating from Arm Cortex-M0 MCUs, making it a highly suitable choice for critical applications such as thrusters. The VORAGO Technologies VA41628 Radiation-Hardened Arm Cortex-M4 MCUs operate over a -55 to 125°C temperature range and are available in a 128-pin QFP package.
