VORAGO Technologies VA41629 Arm® Cortex® M4 MCUs with ADC/DAC
VORAGO Technologies VA41629 Arm® Cortex® M4 MCUs are radiation-hardened Hi-Rel 32-Bit MCUs manufactured with HARDSIL® technology. It has an added integrated Analog-to-Digital-Converter and Digital-to-Analog-Converter. The device has full latch-up immunity with a temperature profile of -55°C to 125°C. The VA41629 has three UARTs, three I2Cs, and offers superior radiation performance.
