VPG Foil Resistors Z-Foil-Widerstände der Z201-Serie

Der Vishay Precision Group Z-Foil-Widerstand der Z201-Serie ist die verbesserte Ausführung der früheren Bulk Metal® Foil-Widerstände. Der ultrapräzise Z-Foil-Widerstand der Z201-Serie von Vishay Precision Group verfügt über eine TCR-Schleife von 0,2ppm/ºC (-55ºC bis +125ºC, +25ºC Ref.) und bietet verbesserte Eigenschaften im Vergleich zur ursprünglichen S102C-Serie. Die Z-Foil-Technologie der Widerstände der Z201-Serie ermöglicht eine erhebliche Verringerung der Komponenten-Widerstandsempfindlichkeit bei variierender Umgebungstemperatur (Temperaturkoeffizient (TCR)) und Leistungsschwankungen (PCR). Die Widerstände der Z201-Serie bieten ebenfalls eine Widerstandstoleranz von ±0,005%; eine Nennleistung von 0,6W bei 70ºC, 0,3W bei 125ºC; einen Widerstandsbereich von 10O bis 100kO; einen Temperaturkoeffizient (TCR) des Widerstandes von: ±0,05ppm/ºC Richtwert (0ºC bis +60ºC), ±0,2 ppm/ºC Richtwert (-55ºC bis +125ºC, +25ºC Ref.); und einen Leistungskoeffizient des Widerstandes "?R durch Eigenerwärmung" von: ±5ppm bei Nennleistung.

Features of Z201 Series Resistors include resistance tolerance to ±0.005%; rated power of 0.6W at 70°C, 0.3W at 125°C; resistance range of 10Ω to 100kΩ; temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR): ±0.05 ppm/°C typical (0°C to +60°C), ±0.2ppm/°C typical (-55°C to +125°C, +25°C ref.); and power coefficient of resistance "ΔR due to self heating": ±5ppm at rated power.
