Das nRF52840 (nRF52840-DK) Development Kit von Nordic Semiconductor ist ein vielseitiges Einzelboard-Development Tool für Bluetooth® 5-, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)-, 802.15.4 / Thread-, ANT/ANT+- und proprietäre 2,4-GHz-Applikationen, die das nRF52840 Multiprotokoll-SoC (System-on-Chip) nutzen. Das nRF52840-DK ist mit dem Arduino Uno-Standard, Revision 3 hardwarekompatibel und ermöglicht Designern die Verwendung von Drittanbieter-Shields, die mit diesem Standard kompatibel sind.
