Die onsemi kompakten intelligenten 600V-Leistungsmodule sind vollständig integrierte Umrichter-Leistungsstufen. Diese Module bestehen aus einem Hochspannungstreiber, sechs IGBTs und einem Thermistor. Die Module eignen sich für den Antrieb von Permanentmagnet-Synchronmotoren (PMSM), bürstenlose DC-Motoren (BLDC) und asynchrone AC-Motoren.
The IGBTs are configured in a 3-phase bridge with separate emitter connections for the lower legs. This configuration offers maximum flexibility in the choice of a control algorithm. The power stage has a full range of protection functions including cross-conduction protection, external shutdown and under-voltage lockout functions. An internal comparator and reference connected to the over-current protection circuit allows the designer to set the over-current protection level.
