Qorvo TGL Series Attenuators

Qorvo TGL Series Attenuators include fixed and low-loss digital and analog components. The TGL Attenuators are wideband fixed attenuator products that allow for flexibility in optimizing system designs and provide good power handling. These devices are available in die form and in surface mount packages for design flexibility, and they offer a frequency range up to 31GHz.

The Digital Step Attenuators (DSAs) use a high-performance 0.15µm GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) pHEMT (Pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transistor) process (QPHT15) to provide high linearity and low insertion loss. This eliminates the need for an additional negative voltage supply.

The Voltage Variable Attenuators (VVAs) provide analog control of signal levels in a system. These wideband VVAs are versatile in many applications like telecommunications, defense, and aerospace.
