Die Digitaltransistoren im Automobilstandard der Baureihe NPN von ROHM sind AEC-Q101-qualifiziert und in Gehäusen des Typs SOT-723 und SC-105AA erhältlich.Merkmale
- Eingebaute Vorspannungswiderstände
- AEC-Q101-qualifiziert
- Die integrierten Vorspannungswiderstände ermöglichen die Konfiguration einer Wechselrichterschaltung ohne Anschluss externer Eingangswiderstände.
- Es müssen lediglich die Ein- und Ausschaltbedingungen für den Betrieb festgelegt werden, wodurch das Schaltungsdesign erleichtert wird.
