ROHM Semiconductor SML-D12 EXCELED Automotive LEDs

ROHM Semiconductor SML-D12 EXCELED™ Automotive LED series includes AEC-Q101 qualified, standard SMD LEDs in a mini-mold 1608 package. Based on the original device technology, the SML-D12 LEDs ensure high brightness and reliability across the 560nm-630nm wavelength. The SML-811 LEDs have an AIGaInP chip structure and a tinted, diffused lens. Available in yellow, green, yellow-green, and red versions, the SML-D12 LEDs are rated at 7.1mcd, 6.3mcd, 25mcd, and 40mcd (respectively) for luminous intensity. The SML-D12 EXCELED Automotive LEDs operate with a typical 20mA forward current, 2.2V forward voltage, and 54mW power dissipation in the -40 to 85°C temperature range.
