ROHM Semiconductor SML-E1/ENx LEDs

ROHM Semiconductor SML-E1/ENx LEDs are available in four elements standard type, top-view type, side-view type, and reverse-mount type. The SML-E1/ENx LEDs feature the EXCELED™ series, high brightness, and high reliability. These LEDs are constructed using an AIGaInP and InGaN chip structure. The LEDs come in yellow, orange, green, blue, white, and red variants with luminous intensity ratings from 6.3mcd to 200mcd.
