Die LD39020 Linearregler mit sehr niedrigem Ruhestrom von STMicroelectronics sind hochgenaue Spannungsregler mit 200mA Maximalstrom bei einem Eingangsspannungsspektrum von 1,5 bis 5,5V mit einer typischen Dropout-Spannung von 200mV. Sie sind maximal platzsparend in einem 1x1-4L DFN-Gehäuse erhältlich. Diese Bauteile werden am Ausgang mit einem Keramik-Kondensator stabilisiert. Dank der sehr niedrigen Drop-Spannung, des niedrigen Ruhestroms und der Rauscharmut sowie des internen Sanftanlauf-Kreises eignet sich der Regler für batteriebetriebene Energiesparanwendungen.

The regulator is configured to convert a DC input voltage from 2.4V to 5.5V into a precise and stable 1.8V output voltage. Only two small ceramic capacitors are needed to implement the linear regulator solution.
