STMicroelectronics VND70x0 High-Side-Treiber für Anwendungen in der Automobilindustrie sind Ein- und Zweikanal-High-Side-Treiber, die mithilfe der ST-systemeigenen VIPower® M0-7-Technologie hergestellt werden. Sie befinden Sie in SO-8, PowerSSO-12 und PowerSSO-16 Gehäusen. Die Geräte sind zum Schutz und für Diagnosezwecke für Erdungen von 12V im Automobilbereich über 3V und 5V CMOS-kompatible Schnittstellen ausgelegt.
