MEMS Drucksensoren

Die Drucksensoren von STMicroelectronics verwenden innovative MEMS-Technologie, um eine extrem hohe Druckauflösung in ultrakompakten und dünnen Gehäusen zu ermöglichen. Die Geräte wurden mit Hilfe der VENSENS-Technologie von ST entwickelt, die die Herstellung von Drucksensoren auf einem monolithischen Siliziumchip ermöglicht. Dadurch entfällt das Wafer-to-Wafer-Bonding und die Zuverlässigkeit wird maximiert.
