Parker Chomerics THERM-A-GREASE Thermally Conductive Grease
Parker Chomerics THERM-A-GREASE Thermally Conductive Grease features silicone-based, single-component materials designed to conduct heat between a hot component and a heatsink or enclosure. The materials can be screened, stenciled, or dispensed and require virtually no compressive force to conform under typical assembly pressure. The lineup meets both simple and demanding thermal requirements, including areas with interface-variable tolerances, as well as high-power applications that require minimum bond-line thickness and high thermal conductivity. Parker Chomerics THERM-A-GREASE Thermally Conductive Grease is highly conformable, easy to dispense, and does not require curing, mixing, or refrigeration.
