SFP-DD DAC Cable Assemblies

Amphenol SFP-DD DAC Cable Assemblies provide a passive copper interconnect option for 100G Ethernet links in compact SFP-based designs. These assemblies are built for aggregate 100G operation and target high-performance systems that need reliable high-speed connectivity in switches, routers, storage arrays, and HPC clusters. SFP-DD assemblies utilize a two-lane interface that supports 56Gb/s per lane for 100G Ethernet. Supported design elements include low crosstalk cabling with SkewClear^® Pair Wire, stamped EMI grounding for full-shield coverage, EEPROM support for industry memory map compliance or custom programming, and compatibility with Amphenol 56G board connectors, cages, and other industry-standard connector systems. Suitable applications include adapter cards, wireless BBU equipment, data centers, servers, storage, and switches.
